Join YCSF for a conversation with Yale University Provost Scott Strobel. Dr. Strobel will discuss Yale’s academic priorities and the strategic investments supporting the university’s teaching and research mission. He will also discuss the challenges, political and otherwise, that currently face higher education and how the University is upholding its commitments to faculty, students, staff, and alumni.

Appetizers, soft drinks and wine will be served.

Scott Strobel is Yale University’s provost and Henry Ford II Professor of Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry (MB&B). As chief academic and chief budgetary officer, he is responsible for advancing Yale’s academic and research priorities and stewarding university resources to support current and future generations of faculty, students, and staff. He assumed the role of provost in 2020.
