Take Back Your Day: Tips for a Healthier Mama

As moms, taking care of ourselves and our own health and wellness often gets put last on our to do list. In this workshop, you will learn how to create healthier habits so you can become healthier, less stressed, and a more present mom. Whether you are newly postpartum or have been a mama for years, you’re at home or at work, you will leave with some new tips to better take care of you.

Speaker Bio: Megan Aronson, Director of Health & Wellness for Columbia University Club of Northern California, is the founder of Take Care Coaching, LLC. She has a Master's in Health Education from Teachers College at Columbia University. She is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach, and ICF Professional Certified Coach.
